Q Do you guarantee your products or services?
A Yes, we offer a 30 day (5 days for our fine jewelry) satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Although we always strive to ensure no product arrives damaged, occasionally accidents occur. In the event your shipment arrives damaged, it may be returned immediately for refund or replacement. If it appears the damage occurred during shipment (shipping box is damaged), please contact the carrier.

Q What if I want to pay by credit card?
A We now accept VISA, Mastercard & American Express & Discover directly, and we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through Paypal. To use your VISA, MC or AmEx directly, just select payment by credit card during checkout. To use your credit card via Paypal, select the Paypal option during checkout and either forward your payment or wait for the emailed invoice and pay by clicking the link. PayPal


Q What if I want to send a gift certificate?
A We offer gift certificates in any whole dollar amount you request. With the gift certificate, your recipient will receive a copy of our full-product catalog, from which they may place their order. or they can order from the website (an online code will be given).

Q I collect a particular item, but don't see any on your website. Do you carry them?
A We carry thousands of items, and strive to list as many as possible on the website. We have frogs, dogs, cats, bunnies, pigs, wolves, eagles, dragons, unicorns, gargoyles, porcelain dolls, sculptures, wall hangings, kitchen items, toys, clocks and many other items. Feel free to write and ask us if we carry a particular item, or request a catalog. Write us!

Q I have a gift shop and would like to carry some of your items. Is this possible?
A Yes! We offer wholesale pricing to gift shops and other retail outlets.

Q Why have you placed a 3 catalog limit on catalog requests?
A We are not a large corporation, and we are trying to keep costs down while still offering the service we've become known for. We've noticed that our catalog requests are mostly coming from "freebie hunters" and not actual shoppers, and therefore it has become quite costly for us to mail out the catalogs, and made it necessary to impose these limits. Those who have made a purchase from us will receive new catalogs as they are released for one year after their latest purchase, and they may also request copies of any of our catalogs with no restrictions.

Q I saw an item on your website several weeks ago, but when I came back, it was no longer listed on the site. Was it discontinued?
A We try to rotate the items we carry, and introduce new items on the website, so the item is most likely still available. When in doubt - ASK US!

Q I have a picture I'd like to have put on one of the items in the custom shoppe, will you do this?
A YES! We will be happy to use your picture or design on an item for you (as long as its not a copyright infringement), and we'll put it on any item we have available in the custom shoppe. Lee's Custom Designs

Q I've been told that you can help me with business opportunities. How and where?
A We do offer business opportunities, as do many of the companies that we have affiliations with such as: Banner 10000044 Business Opportunities with Dixie Mail Order

Q You have some items I would like to purchase, but I live outside the US. Will you ship to me?
A YES! We will ship to anywhere in the world (provided we can find a carrier who goes there). Shipping time is extended, however, due to the steps necessary to process the shipment for outside the US - it can sometimes take several weeks, so please be sure to allow for the extra "lead time". All foreign orders are handled via email or regular mail, and all payments must be converted to US dollars. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS DUES. PayPal has an excellent system that can handle the conversion and allow us to receive payment promptly.
